I think a lot of people got an incorrect impression of CM - half the people overhyped it as some kind of magical rank that would be incredibly intense and powerful, and the other half, almost in response to that, all shit talked it and said it would be useless.
The reality is CM is a rank that focuses on two things: collecting feedback and distributing information. It's not very powerful directly, but it's important because it means Gberry and Archy don't have to do this stuff, and we serve as a filter for ideas that are good or aren't good.

Decision making is complicated, because there's a lot of different decisions this could refer to. Suffice to say that the more I talk to admins and the owners, the more I admire how they make their decisions. There's always a plan, even if we can't see it.
I generally either bitch to the admins for stuff that I think needs to be fixed. On the other hand, if someone suggests something to me, I take it to the CM team and then we as a group decide whether or not to take it to the owners.

1.7 mechanics are flawed but enough is fixed and improved in Badlion Premium that it shouldn't be an issue.
I'm an OG MCSG player, so rod pvp is very natural to me. I see nothing innately wrong with it.

You have two sides to you - the graphic sexual memey side, and the serious senior staffer side. I'm going to be perfectly honest with you and tell you that I don't find your memey side very funny. Our senses of humor don't line up.
However, when you actually get serious about something, you're thoughtful and intelligent. I mentioned how much I liked this side of you in my 3k tweet, because the reality is, as much as you act like a retard sometimes, you're one of the smartest seniors on the team. You think very deeply about how moderation actually works, and not enough people do. You would make a good manager I think, or at least the serious side of you would.
As for how you could improve as staff, the current senior team has one main issue. Right now (and this hasn't always been true in the past, mind you) I think pretty much the entire senior arena team is smart, competent, makes good decisions, and does good work. However, very few of the seniors (myself included) do very much work. Inactivity is a big problem, and I know you've struggled with that at least as much as I have.
I also know you've had trouble with appeals, and as stupid as this sounds, just doing more appeals helps with that. Every time I come across a difficult appeal I can think back to the hundreds of others I've dealt with and remember what I've done in the past. My guide helps a bit, but mostly it's just memory.
So yeah, kinda lame advice but do more appeals.

I bully you a lot but only out of love! You're a great staffer (and also very young). I'll be interested to see how far you get if you stick around. You also seem to know everything about everyone, which can be a bit unnerving to say the least. You're a fun guy to talk to and I think we'll stay friends for a long time.

I've thought about this question a lot, and I don't really have any good answer for you. I've noticed this a lot personally, but I can't seem to find a pattern - I think it has to do with me liking the sword/crosshair/particles, but beyond that I don't know. I'm also not sure if it's an actual effect or just a placebo that makes you believe you're doing better. This is a very interesting question and I think I'll look into it more.

Yes I do.
I sort of expected it because I'm egotistical and I also put a huge amount of effort into my application, but I definitely never saw it as guaranteed. It wasn't a huge surprise, but I was certainly worried I wouldn't get it.
Appeals got boring around three months in for me. They get verrrrrry repetitive.
To give a full opinion of you, I'd need to talk about some stuff that's probably still considered private staff information. Message me on forums if you still want one and I'll write up one for you.
