I think how Badlion is doing is incredibly dependent on how well Badlion Premium does. If Premium fails or flops, I give Badlion a 4. If Premium is everything it's been advertised to be, 7 or 8.

I like your forum posts, and you seem funny and smart. You're very friendly and you support my posts a lot, both of which I appreciate.
I considered resigning this October, when I was offered an admin position (paid) on another server and was unsatisfied with Badlion at the time. I decided to stick it out because things improved and I got CM.
I became staff originally exactly one year ago, on December 28th, 2015.
I think Minecraft has around five years left in it.

Not sure.
We can only use certain texture packs to stop xray texture packs.

Not really.
Math and computer science.
I don't see one huge issue. More tons of tiny issues.
Premium will be a huge step forward in almost every aspect of Badlion.
You're a great bow player and I believe a good mod. You seem like a cool guy but I barely know you at this point. I liked your forum posts long before you were mod, and was very close to requesting to mentor you, but there was someone else in your batch who I knew better.

To be honest, I don't. Stats are what competitive is about, and focusing on numbers inspires people to get better.
I want to see Badlion create an esport that requires coordination and intelligence as much as it requires raw mechanical skill.
Hard to isolate one key thing that needs to change to be honest.
Remove cheaters, improve minecraft. Essentially do everything that premium is hopefully going to do.
Same as above.
People should be focused on winning, but always open to learning. Try to learn from every loss and focus on constantly improving.
Badlion is Minecraft's most competitive server, and tournaments are the most competitive part of Badlion.
OCN made a variety of mistakes, but I'm not qualified to speak on them. I'd say Badlion has already learned considering how it's designed premium to be like 1.7.
Probably updating to 1.8 then 1.9.
Badlion should never overemphasize stuff like cosmetics. They're fine on the side but if you shove them in people's faces like Mineplex you become a joke.
Probably one of the old OCN gamemodes, like capture the wool or destroy the core. I assume similar gamemodes will come to Badlion eventually.
Minecraft will die. The question is, can Badlion grow large enough to exist and survive separately from it.
Mojang won't do shit, no.

Badlion is the best server in Minecraft right now in my opinion, and its flaws are nothing compared to that of nearly every other server. Being staff here is fun and we have a lot of powerful tools that make our jobs easier.

My ambition is rooted in two things: A desire to help Badlion, and the egotistical feeling that Badlion will be better off with me as a higher rank. Badlion had become my new home after MCSG went to shit, and I was just very consistently happy with how Badlion was run. I applied for two main reasons: One, I felt a desire to give back to the server that had created such a fun place for me to play, and two, I really wanted to work in a staff team run by Badlion's administration and owners, which I respected (and still respect) greatly.
