lava glitch

can someone please fix the lava glitch,it's when 2 lava's show up and there is only one really on the ground/floor.also the one where the lava doesn't move because it's glitched lava
and the one that you pick the lava up and the lava is a glitched one, and the stream of lava is still flowing
