Being a "Premium" member also gives you the opportunity to win cash prizes and such. I like to at the charge as a pay in. Also badlion is not forcing you to buy premium. You can. Anti-Cheat developers are always one step ahead. If an exploit is found, an anti-cheat developer can patch it, the exploiter cannot stop them from patching it. This doesn't entirely count towards server-side anti-cheats though, like GCheat. Client-side though, I'm pretty certain it's possible to block every cheat. By the way, there is a difference between being detected and actually being banned.
Anyway, as for this thread…
Lately there have been an increase in cheaters that use clients like Vape. This is because of GCheat not being worked on
(unless they're silently updating it, not sure) and there's beginning to be more and more stuff slowly bypassing it, like Reach hacks, as you mentioned. Back in the day GCheat was much more efficient, but unfortunately it's not really the case anymore. Badlion Premium will have a client-sided anti-cheat that will block ghost clients like Vape and every cheat, and will have advanced detection so custom clients can't bypass. If you want an actual cheat-free server to PvP on, I highly suggest in getting Badlion Premium when it comes out if you can afford it (it's like just under $10 a month)
