Hey there,I've experienced a lack of close connection between staff members and the players. What I mean by this, is that if a player has any concerns, there's usually not a mod which he can contact right away, EVEN THOUGH there usually ARE enough mods online (I'm talking about ArenaPvP). This is due to the chat lobbies, as there are multiple different servers for Arena. I've gone through all the chat lobbies at the same time today and I found 3 mods all spread in different lobbies. However, if you don't know about that and you simply do /list and see no mods on you might assume you're lost when there's a hacker around as a) no mod cares about /report as often as it's being used and misused and b) msg-ing mods is the only way to get in contact with them as it's the most personal and direct way to use. So in order to help all of the people online, I think staff members should be visible via /list throughout ALL chat lobbies.
Mods will still stay in one chat lobby so they dont get flooded with messages but every player will see that they are online even if they are in a different chat lobby!

If mods can toggle what chats they want to see then +1Keep in mind that if this happens without toggling where they see the messages coming from then the chat for the mods would overflow and it would come to fast where they can't read any message

+1 pretty sure /list is supposed to be global.Posted on 28 December 2016 - 10:16 PM
+1 every day. Mods have always been really helpful when I have messaged them, but this season it's been hard to find any to contactPosted on 28 December 2016 - 11:47 PM
Just a heads up, pretty sure season 15's chat lobby is going to be really similar to season 12's - meaning mods are easily contactable. Also, mods really do care about /report. It's just that it's so commonly not a hacker that we really only check it if the player has been reported 2-3 times or higher. Think about it; a person gets reported once. There's a really good chance that the person who reported them cannot distinguish hacks, and also that they may just be angry or something along the lines of that. Just keep this in mind when reporting someone.
