[For the /report <player> command]

I wanted to report a hacker but I am not able to because he either went offline or we weren't in the same server so it wouldn't find the player.

If the person isn't on the server anymore then it doesn't make any sense to be able to report the person.

I think he means that when you finish a match, sometimes you and the other person get sent to seperate lobbies or by the time you get to report him he is in another match on another server and you can't report him because you aren't on the same server anymore.

The way he worded it sounded like it meant both to me.

+1, there was a hacker called Vlada and his current ign is something like Vladaaa
and basically he kept logging out after his ranked build match and he vaped to 2300 buhc elo
