people talking about elo being better than mmr, well elo blows mmr out of the water| the promotion thing is mest up

There's nothing wrong with this? I don't get the point of the thread.If you are on 950/1000, and you get 200 points from a win, it will only say that you have gained 50 points, but if you win your promotion match (lets say you get 200 points from that too) then you will have the 200 from your promotion match PLUS the 150 that you didn't get before, so you will be on 350/1000 on the next rank up.
I think that's what you are complaining about, but I'm not sure.
Also, looking at your stats, you only played 250 games on ELO, so I can't see there being much experience to back up your opinion (not saying you can't have it, but I'd like to hear your reasoning)

i got a silver 2 on a 1v1 while i was silver 3, beat him and got 16 points, I lose against the same rank but switched, and i lose 163 points, WTF?
