Not sure if you saw the requirements on our thread but these are it
PvP Requirements (Must meet at least two of the requirements):
~Emerald V + in 1 or more pot kit
~Emerald II + Build UHC
~Gold III Global +
~Emerald + in 1 or more archer kits
~Diamond+ in any ladder (almost a guaranteed entry)
~Emerald IV+ SG
Once you meet the requirements you may reapply

Also we are making it much harder to get into rift currently if you are na, so while you do meet the requirements, we would prefer absurdly high stats. :/
