Seems to be a decent company, although with what you've picked out you've chosen the 1060m which is the laptop version of the 1060 so it doesn't perform as well. They don't tell you what the power supply is other than that it is 500w which is a bit worrisome because they could throw some shitty psu in there. By the way, you don't need a great computer to run GTA 5. It is well optimized
