A certain someone has been hurting my feelings lately by denying a lot of my player reports and unbanning players I've rightfully gotten banned. My feelings are VERY hurted. ): Apparently word's gotten out that I "persuade the staff members" into believing that certain "legit players" are cheating when "they aren't cheating" (they are) (not verbatim by the way). That's just not true, I have a few people on my list that I believe might be cheating, but I haven't reported them yet because I only report when I'm 100% confident.

Where have people gotten this from, though?

No offense certain people, but this guy is an awful excuse. The dude admitted to cheating on four different occasions, and you've only unbanned him for "benefit of the doubt", because that's all you could unban him for. Not only that, ever since he got unbanned, he turned into a lump of poop and gets drained by nearly every random he fights. Just because he's australian, doesn't mean all his hits are lag, and it also doesn't mean that every single person I report only gets impossible hits because of lag. If someone is "lagging", and they still manage to hit me first countless times while still getting delayed hits and kb, then it's not just lag. Don't use this guy as an excuse to deny other reports. You don't even know for a fact that he wasn't cheating.

Another extremely poor example is iProCombo. I keep seeing people use him as an example of "delayed hits versus extreme reach". Stop believing that. That's a load of garbage. He just cheats, and if anyone uses him as an example in attempt to prove themself innocent, they are most likely a cheater.

Look at this pathetic evidence. Neither one of them even look sketchy. It just looks like two people fighting. You can't tell if either has more reach or less kb. Neither of them have perfect aim, cheating or not. You cannot tell when their cross hairs are aligned with the other, so trying to see who gets the first hit is completely pointless. Same with knocking people out of trades and getting impossible hits, and everything else. The only time 3rd person is ever enough for a ghost clienter using reach is when they have it on a hella high setting, like with schematica or something.

But if you would look at some first person evidence, Armoda looks sketchy as all hell (and for good reason, he cheats super hard).











There is a reason that the majority of servers in the potion community pull you into a screenshare before banning you after they've spectated you. There's no way to be certain while in third person.

So you say there's no reference point with first person, but there is. It's your own reach. If you're looking at someone with your cross hair directly over them and running towards them while they're turning back towards you after potting and they manage to get a first hit, that's not legit. And it most definitely is not lag. Lag would do the opposite of allowing a player to get the first hit. There is a very fine line between lag and cheating. It is very easy for people who have played this game long enough to know that. Mostly everything in this game is muscle memory. When someone experienced tells you that someone is undoubtedly cheating, chances are it is true. And before someone says something stupid like, "you only hackusate when you lose", not only could I make a giant ass list of people I've beaten that I knew were cheating, but the majority of the times someone falsely accuses someone is in the middle of the match when there was no time spent looking at footage to make a wise decision.

The issue you have is inexperienced, or ignorant players. If someone's FOV is through the roof, then that's just bad evidence. If someone has aim so bad that they can't keep their cross hair on the player anyway, then that's just bad evidence. You've got the wrong idea. After someone gets false banned because of bad evidence, you assume that it's ping and latency rather than there just being poor evidence or a poor player.

There is absolutely no reason that this little alt of Armoda's should have been unbanned.

I don't care what gcheat says, or what you think our pings are, but my evidence was good enough and you were proven wrong once people found out it was Armoda. "With just a bit of latency and faulty MC mechanics all is possible." Nope. It's embarrassing to say this, but it seems a bunch of cheaters persuaded you into rethinking mechanics of Minecraft, and now you're reluctant to ban people that are obviously cheating. Unbanning people for "benefit of the doubt" should be 500 times more rare than what it is right now.

I also want to really quickly step a bit into the similarities between cheaters and laggy cheaters.

There is a fine line between what looks and feels legit and what doesn't look and feel legit. I use the words look as well as feel because of how much this game is based around muscle memory. You can only get so good at this game. There is a limitation to your skill. You can't increase your reach by being better at the game. You can't reduce your kb by being better at the game. You can't change the speed of your character by being better at the game. The only thing you can do by being better at the game is take more advantage of what is already given to you, for example improving your aim so you can more easily get the first hit. That doesn't increase your reach, though. Only cheating can do that. With that being said, assume there are two players with identical, low ping. It is very easy to differentiate between legit players and cheaters that have the same ping, because it is easy to tell whether or not you have been hit from an impossible distance. Now, assume there is a player with a low ping, and multiple players with identical, high ping. It is still very easy to differentiate between the legit players and cheaters that have high ping. Cheaters will still get higher reach than those that are not cheating, even while lagging. The only thing lag does is allows players to get delayed hits and delayed kb. A legit player lagging may be able to get a hit that is not at a normal distance if they move further away between the time they send an attack packet and the time the attack packet registers on the server. This does not allow them to get the first hit, and it doesn't allow them to knock you out of every single trade. A player with a high ping does not get a tick mark that says "granted higher reach" next to their name on the server. It is very easy to tell the difference between a delayed hit and an impossible hit, especially when an experienced player has fought many laggers before, and knows what a legit lagger looks like. There is still a fine line between what laggy legit players look like and what laggy cheaters look like.

The moral of this story:

A legit hit/combo will both look and feel legit.

A laggy hit/combo will both look and feel laggy.

An impossible hit/combo will both look and feel impossible.

There is no reason you should intertwine these three statements and give cheaters free passes.

Now, someone please inspect my recent denied report a bit more, thanks.

Bean is legit. I've personally had him SS'd by me and my staff team on an Australian server. + The fact he has never been banned by gcheat after thousands of matches and multiple judgement days, on top of this he hasn't been banned by PvPlounges anti-cheat. (i know gcheat is better). Bean, me, shaya, littlelevi and cutcleanffa have formed Australia's best team in preparation for competing on Badlion Premium, which you will see, he has the exact same skill level.

I personally don't see why you care to openly hackusate players with Premium around the corner. The chance of badlion open cheaters cheating on Premium is slim to none and you will easily be able to identify players cheating on open Badlion.

he admitted to cheating four times, and thats not something i assumed, so i dont care what you've got to say, and it hardly affects the point of my post. also, any attention he's gotten about being a cheater, he did to himself. i never hackusated him in game. i silently made a report on him after fighting him, and he decided to broadcast that i reported him and laughed at it (funny cuz he got banned from my proof). he did it to himself

also, i dont doubt that he'll have the same skill level, because he's been bad ever since i scared him out of his pants by getting him banned

disappointing that this singular snippet of my post is the only thing you care about

You never had proof he cheated/cheats. Videos of someone getting "weird" hits will never be legitimate proof and the fact you got him banned off of it is sad. In some fights i can beat him with close to a row of potions. If i was to fight you and you happened to record, you could easily get me banned just off of that fight. This is very unprofessional from both you and the badlion staff team.

I'm not trying to attack you from my comments. You should just accept you are not the best pvper. If you think you are the best, and that everyone who beats you cheats, just wait for premium.

Edit: From what i know, he admitted to cheating to shorten the unban process, as i myself have tried to be unbanned after a false ban and know it is virtually impossible (Judgement day 1)
