i have distrust because I've been false banned 3 times. the false bans were all manual bans by mods. now i record literally every single fight.

True. But we work with a system 'innocent until 100% proven guilty' (just like in the normal world) and that 100% was never reached with Bean. I don't know for a fact that Bean wasn't cheating. I also don't know for a fact that Bean was cheating.

He provided counter evidence, so there is a reason. Hell, he probably cheated in that counter evidence but it was nowhere near sufficient for a ban. You can see for yourself, does that counter evidence seem fishy enough for a ban? Remember, for a ban we need to be 100% sure. To me it doesn't, Erca is only fishy in your POV

I told my seniors to be more careful on 1st person because of numerous instances where we had a legit player outreaching the recorder, and then 3-6 seniors approving the evidence. Clearly he cheats right? He looks up, he hits him from far away, etc. Actually, the rod of Adeum (the supposed hacker) actually never reached the recorder, but stops earlier. Also when the recorder died, the fence was placed like 4 blocks behind him. The recorder was laggy and he seemed to be slightly desynced to the server due to latency. In Adeums POV he was much nearer. He didn't cheat, yet ~6 seniors approved the evidence.

I am not refuting the right for seniors to ban for 1st person evidence. Thanks to my chances in the policy a long time ago they are even able to. I'm just telling them to be more careful. Watch out for latency. Watch out for shitty MC mechanics. Have the evidence be approved by other seniors. And if you aren't sure, ask an admin.

not here to argue this with one of you guys. i was banned once back in 2014 (false, was unbanned i dont believe this shows up on my profile), once near the end of 2015 (i know i wasn't cheating im not here to argue this) and once in like november.

In this video you can see how hard it is for me to play on badlion, the only reason I used to beat you before was because the host was a lot better personally for me, I went from 270ms to 410ms which became extremely unplayable, even with the huge ping increase I still DO manage to get you to low potions (1-2).
