+30000 for this it's honestly not fun with the amount of bow spammers it's fucking annoying because all u need to do is be good at Bowinging and decent at melee ( most people lava you when u melee anyway) but if u are decent at melee but annoying af in now u can easily get diamond 3

Complaining about people tryharding too much but offering money prizes is not a smart idea.Also all these complaints about bowspamming are getting boring

Well the way I interpret BuildUHC is for it to resemble the stage which one is at in a UHC game. At the stage in a UHC game where people have similar armour and weapons as the BuildUHC kit, they will have a lot of arrows, as they craft their own and collect more by killing people or by picking them up from other players who shot but missed.
UHC as we all know is a game mode where natural regeneration is disabled, therefore a smart strategy is to develop skills in Archery to the extent where a player is shooting the opponent more than getting hit in order to dominate the fight. By all means it can be frustrating when one is wishing for a melee fight, but in the end, you can either gain or loose points in ranked matches, and those who want to win will play strategically in order to drain the opponent's health.
The BuildUHC kit may even have less arrows than players in a later stage of a UHC game, therefore I suggest for the arrow amount to remain fixed as it is already less than in a real UHC, and melee PvP is still achievable if strategies to avoid getting hit are implemented.
BuildUHC is not a pure melee kit, players need to remember this before joining the ranked BuildUHC queue and start complaining about how the kit works. There are pure melee kits such as GApple and NoDebuff which can be played if bowing is really that frustrating to some people. This may even push players toward playing more global kits.
This is how I feel about the situation.

This is how I feel about the situation.
That is not only what the kit is supposed to do. It is MAINLY supposed to use the play style, more than the gear of late game UHC. Otherwise it wouldn't have half proj2, it would most likely have more than full p2, have fire, etc… And in late game UHC especially, you don't use bow much at all lol, unless it happens to be a low healing game, which is rare. So no, it should not give you 64 arrows, because if you use that many that makes it possible to do more damage by bow than by sword, and it should be the direct opposite. The bow in late game UHC is pretty much only used to drop opponents when running away, or to give a tiny advantage when both players are low.
