First I did you a favor and properly closed your tag, as no one could see your text here.

Second this isn't some stupid kiddie server based on favoritism like 90% of the networks out there. Sorry, we are professional and actually use logic in our decision making process rather than saying "Oh this guy has been here for 1 year, he obviously is the next in line for X." You are in for a major shock if you think this is how the real world operates.

Anyways addressing the points in the image.

1. You are to dictate when someone is on or off correct? There is this wonderful thing called timzones. It's what stops me from being able to hear @Pikaoku's beautiful voice all the time.
2. So you are now the owner of a 500+ player minecraft network and knows what people deserve. Great! I can finally hand in my resignation and watch Badlion burn to the ground….uhm, not yet. I'll let you know though if I want to have it burned to the ground first.
3. The administration begs to differ heavily on this. Same goes for @Utsuho Had so many people worried about him becoming trial/mod. He has the highest Mute/Ban report rate with the least amount of staff reports against him which is absolutely shocking. Even the administration was expecting some issues with this and some bad decision making from him, yet he has proved us wrong (good job).
4. Time does not equal effort. @Viprite has been a very loyal member of our staff, but still has his moments unfortunately where he does not think like he should. Regardless I will further discuss why Viprite is not a good candidate for this.
5. I guess that's why @BurntCactus has more hours on the forums that most of the administration combined at this point. Really must not take any time or dedication. Sadly @Archybot and myself cannot be in game as much as we used to as we are too busy now with real life. Archy is busy with 3rd year coursework and I am working in industry now.
6. The Senior mod rank did not exist until it was given to @Viprite @_iFalcon_ @Niquex and @qazzy1122. Previous to this there was no need for it. There was literally no need for a senior mod rank position besides a pretty title which gave absolutely no extra authority or power. Once again going back to my point earlier, we hire here based on need. Not "friendships" (even though this is how some of the old mods are here [before I came along], should note they do help though). If we were going by this seniority crap then @JacobArnold would be the one being promoted here. He knows just as much as I do though that he does not have the time/interest in such a position. The Senior moderators are a middle layer to assist @ginie1 in running the staff. @ginie1 is the head of the KitPvP staff team and the senior moderators help deal with appeals/reports/situations that are a bit more complicated than the simple mute or the simple hacker. I must also add they have done a great job in the past, but some of them should be a bit concerned about job security at this point, as they have begun to drift away (and if they wish to leave they may do so at any time without any hard feelings).
7. He rides Pika's dick. I get absolutely no action here….in fact I didn't even know much about him until @Pikaoku recommended him for senior mod in the first place (granted this was a few months after the senior mods had been around). I just spoke with the other administration and we came to a consensus on it.

Now going back once again to the hiring based on need and not seniority. The fun fact is that 2 of our senior moderators don't even know what a UHC is, and the other 2 are not at all involved with it's hosting, or show any interest in it at all. There are several other figures that have been active in helping the growth and hosting of UHCs and we are extremely grateful for their assistance and hope they continue to do so. It's honestly fun watching them at times. @BurntCactus has done an excellent job at helping the new UHC hosts get on board, creating guides, communicating with streamers about times to put these events together and trying to staff them, and reporting/debugging issues with the server.

This all being said we had a talk about this last night, and @BurntCactus is not assuming any further responsibility from his senior mod position in terms of the KitPvP server as @ginie1 informed us that everything is under control and that he nor the other senior mods need assistance from him any further than he already does. This being said the new "responsibilities" Burnt has are handling UHC hirings, UHC hosting administration, and figuring out strategies to further improve the gamemode/experience.

I think I have done a good job here at summarizing your rage post, and I am more than happy to further discuss this issue if you so wish to.

Yo, on the topic of burnt as an admin. One of the hardest things you can do over the internet is hire someone to work for you. Mainly because you want them to work as you expect them to. Which is impossible, as they are not you. I've known burnt for a while now & he never raged & he's always been trustworthy which are HUGELY great traits to have. If anyone is gunna be mad about someone getting hired as an admin there's something wrong with your life, chill out (420 FAZE IT). Everyone in this day and age is some grumpy fuck with a stick up their ass, sure everyone gets mad sometimes but you gotta move on. Burnt is nice as, what more could you want.
