GCheat Records failing to insert

I was on No Debuff FFA (Eu) and I got spammed with messages saying "Failed to insert GCheat. Please report ASAP!" and the whole server was getting extreme lagspikes every 10 seconds also when you typed in chat there was no prefixes beside the name or anything.I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible since this is something that destroys players gaming experience.
