my suggestion was to add a new gamemode for parties inside arena pvp. It's everyone in the party vs one person the party leader chooses. If you have any questions ask meAnother suggestion was to have a setting for party that allows the leader of the party to turn off/on spectators. There is a a problem with this though, hackers can test there client without anyone watching them.
