Public CTF Change?

Instead of the current 8v8v8v8 Public CTF which we can all agree has been inactive for the last 3 months, I think a great idea would be to change Public CTF and make it more competitive, by playing with the competitive versions of each map, however making it 7v7 or 8v8
The reason for 7v7 / 8v8 instead of 5v5 is so that if a player does leave the game there isn't as much of a disadvantage (Plus possibly another player could join Mid-Game)

Firstly this requires less people to fill which is good considering the current situation of the game

As a clan leader I know that trying to get 5v5 Scrims is very difficult, especially now after the CTF tournament is finished. Therefore I would be able to get my team into a public game as the next best option

Players that don't have a team can also experience the Competitive Maps which are the versions that will be used in competitive play anyways

Furthermore currently when me and my friends join Public CTF and get enough players, there are many glitches / bugs and so re-working the minigame could be better than trying to fix each bug

If possible there could be some sort of rank system like the other minigames, which could reward players for:
Defending a Flag Capture
Capturing Flag
Playing the entire 15mins
Winning Games

A rank system could be difficult because there are other elements to the game such as supporting the attacker or playing from a mid position

However if done, this could make people focus on the objective and staying the entire time, rather than all attacking to get kills

A rank system always entices players to keep playing to be at the top of the leaderboards and improve

If the game was more competitive and similar to the scrims feature, I believe more people would want to play it on Badlion Open

Overall by having the 5v5 Maps and with a ranking system that promotes objective play, more people will experience CTF the overall skill of the minigame across the server will improve, hopefully making future competitions more intense

I truly miss CTF and I think there needs to be more active CTF players and hype for the minigame before Premium comes out

+1 Miss CTF too, sad that it died because it had a great impact when the CTF tournament was announced and even during the tournament and after all that it just suddenly dies :(
