My Donator+ Rank is bugging. Help

so first of all a friend buyed me Donator+ at the 1st of January It's 9 days ago and now my Rank is glitching or bugging what everhere i'll show you some evidence.
1. http://prntscr.com/dtrp5m there it says "Rank : None"
2. http://prntscr.com/dtrpjy and on the website it says "Rank: Donator+" but i didn't got it anymore ingame..
3. I cant join full servers anymore and thats annoying, because i need a wl to play uhc..
