Lion ranks and disguising

Recently on badlion I have been coming into what seems to be a glitch as some people haven't had this happen to them. I asked a couple of mods and they don't seem to have answers either. I am a lion donor ( IGN CubeSMP ) and I have been getting disguised and given ranks that I don't even have.Some screenshots I have taken of this glitch are here:
