When will Redrover be added back to arena pvp?

Finally someone asked this question. Whenever I join a party the first thing many people suggest doing is a red rover much to the disdain of the party its always disabled. Although, I didn't play red rover when it was still playable I have seen many videos of its implementation. In short, I would love for red rover and tournament modes be added back to the party rotation as soon as possible!!!
