I was bad in my first two, and realized I was serious about wanting the position so I sat down and spent about 2-3 hours writing the third and final application

I had a huge headache doing it, and I was sick. It was cold in my room and it was like 3am. At like 6am I thought I was done and it was all good, but I didn't send it in because it would have looked like a drunk idiot wrote it. So, I corrected it the next day, and sent it in. I was surprised it got accepted tbh

Think of your application as a cover letter or resume. Obviously you don't need to take it quite as seriously Why are you a good fit for Badlion? And what has equipped you to make you think you are fit for this position? Also ask yourself why you are really applying. Ultimately, your application is not the only thing that is looked at.

Not true at all. Other staff positions help, but applicants don't "auto get" a new position if they are currently staff.

let's be honest, unless they write 2 sentences or are very immature, they get it, a lot easier than non staff applicants
