I don't see this idea being impossible or unreasonable.Badlion already has a public teamspeak, and looking mostly at the uhc community, DDoSing is a big issue.
If Premium introduces a direct voip system, where there are no bypasses to find people's ips but there can be private servers or personal servers with limited slots for a rank, this would allow for easier communication between:
Clans
Friends
Teammates
Cross teammates
Without the threat of being DDoSed or the hassle of finding public teamspeaks so you're safe, where you can still be vulnerable.
Possibly something similar to discord which seems generally safe, and probably the most effective thing for this service would be the ability to send someone like a cross-teammate a simple link and it makes them automatically join whatever comms server you're on with whoever else.
