You were a fine CM - no better or worse than the average.
The Community Manager team needs to work on becoming more than just a seldom-used proxy tool for Archy. For the team to ever truly be successful, each member needs to be truly dedicated to it, and think of themselves as Community Managers over staff members. Ultimately, you guys need to be advocates for the community, not mouthpieces for Archy. That requires quite the time investment (that I never really had) but I recommend spending a lot more time on forums reading suggestion threads and hosting more CFNs. Also, find a way to show your progress - CMs need a monthly (biweekly?) update log where they can show suggestions, credit some of the community members who made them, and show what was changed. Make sure the community has faith in the process or the rank is empty.
I would only come out of "retirement" if I was offered an administrator position on Badlion or another server that I thought was similarly influential. Given that server owners don't spontaneously hand out admin positions to retired Badlion senior mods, it's very likely my time staffing in Minecraft is over, and if I do take a position somewhere it almost certainly won't be on Badlion.

I still love Badlion, always have. It's a fantastic server. The staff team is complicated. I knew very little about it when I first got accepted, and now my opinion of it is very mixed. It has a lot of issues, but it's also filled with smart and interesting people. When I first got staff I loved moderation, but in the process of tryharding for senior I essentially burned myself out of it. It's no longer an interest of mine. Minecraft as a whole - I no longer care about being good, and I'm more impressed by the lengths people are willing to go to cheat in it.

I like your enthusiasm that you put into your CM work. You're a lot smarter than I originally thought, and you work hard. I worry that you'll be too intimidated by Archy to make the CM team what I think it needs to be (see my answer to Metarus's question) but I think you're one of the ones who could make it happen.
All I play is Minecraft at this point. Life's too busy to be gaming all day now - that's half the reason I resigned.

I've always been hugely impressed by freekkiller's work ethic, competency, and strong sense of morality and integrity. He's done so much for the team.
You've always seemed on the younger/less mature end to me. You're a very friendly guy and I tend to enjoy your posts. I hope you stick around in the community.

I'll still be around every now and then in my free time. I'll definitely check out Premium. And who knows, maybe I'll even end up staffing somewhere else if I believe it'll be worth my time.
I have a lot of issues with Trump, as a person and as my president. While in general I keep my overall political leanings quiet, I'm openly anti-Trump and I suspect his presidency will be a disaster. That said, I hope he does well, because if he fails as bad as I'm worried he will there will be consequences for my country and for the world.
It hasn't tbh.

That's not to say that there weren't things I disliked about Badlion's staff team, but I don't feel like compiling all of those things right now.

@DerRevilos and @Utsuho come to mind, though Utsuho keeps getting caught up in stupid OCN arguments instead of doing his job. smh
Spend more time reading forums, try to interact more with community members through forum PMs and twitter, play Badlion and try all the gamemodes, spearhead the effort to create a CM log, fight for more transparency, and remember to act as a community advocate rather than a staff one.
Either CM or senior arena. Probably my senior rank considering it gave me a decent amount of power.
I'll be around a bit, though less frequently than I used to be.
