You're a very special person to me. You're a great senior, but more than anything what sets you apart is how much you care. You're really invested in seeing your friends and everyone around you be happy and succeed and I love that about you. You've been a fantastic friend to me and you've been so incredibly supportive of me every step of the way on Badlion. I'm so glad we've become such good friends and we need to stay in touch now that I'm no longer staff.

Badlion has an issue with PR in some ways. One of the biggest things in Badlion's history that I see as a mistake is the handling of the switch from elo to MMR. Don't get me wrong, I think the switch was positive, but the way it was handled by the owners contributed to the shitstorm that followed. I worry something like that will happen with a Premium feature.

As a leader of a clan of ~60 people, I have some, but limited, influence over others in the community. I wouldn't consider myself toxic, and I heavily encourage good sportsmanship, but is there anything that you think I could do that would positively affect my own clan or the clan community as a whole?
Finally, I'd like to say that this has got to be the most interesting AMA I've ever read. I appreciate that you're honest to people and especially that you are giving people good advice on how to get better at what they do. Although I've never spoken to you personally, you seem like a very intelligent guy and I can guarantee that you have made a positive impact on many people and the community as a whole. The community could do with a lot more people like you, it's sad that you don't have the time to put into it that you used to.
(Might seem like a lot coming from someone who has never spoken to you, but I have a lot of respect for people in the community who are mature and with good intent, and I think it's only fair to let them know that and that there are other people who think the same.)

I'd agree that clan leaders have a lot to offer to the CM team. In fact, if you're up to it, I recommend you reach out to a CM. @Utsuho is pretty cool, so I think you two might find a conversation productive.
All the memorable moments questions are similar so I think I'll just lump them all together. Getting all my milestone numbers of wins on MCSG - 100, 200, 300, and so on. The few games I played with AU Rebels/Phoenix on MCSG in 2013. Getting 16 kills in a game of MCSG. Fights with BlueDeww on MCSwish before he was famous. Joining Badlion and getting 1900 SG and 1650 global in Season 8. JD3 and JD5, and the huge feeling of satisfaction when the guy who had killed me a ton all season (Mojanq) was banned. Getting accepted as tournament staff, and refereeing the 5v5 Build tourney. Joining the arena team and making a name for myself, and eventually getting senior in early summer. Killing danteh by knocking him into a lava wall in a game of combobuild. Becoming a Community Manager for NA, and finally resigning now.
I'm an old time Huahwi fanboy (subbed to him when he was a little over 1k) and I enjoy Hivlik's content a fair bit.
Freekkiller was my role model on the staff team, so I'd say he was my biggest inspiration.
Simply having the attitude of wanting to make things better helps. There's a lot of issues in the community, but they only get worse when all players do is bitch about them. Try and start a dialogue with the CM team, and build connections with staff. They're here to help, so help them help you.
