You're a unique person and one of the most unusual people I've met during my time staffing. Also, you will never, ever, get the recognition and appreciation that you deserve on Badlion. You have an incredible sense of the community, what's right and what's wrong, and what the individual strengths and weaknesses of specific staff members are. You also have a bad habit (that I believe you're growing out of) to both talk shit using this information and act as an unofficial policeman of the staff team.
But I've said all this before. Let's talk about what's new. First off, I see you trying to apologize to people you've hurt in the past and change how you act now, and that's given me a new level of respect for you. However, it's clear at this point that you'll never get promoted, and I think a part of you knew that even before I told you. You've pissed off too many higher staff members to ever get senior.
So I think the big question for you at Badlion should be if you're content being a blue rank and mentor for the rest of your time on here, or if the knowledge that you won't get promoted means it's no longer worth it to you. The way I see it, you really only have two choices: keep working and hope something changes, or resign. I have ideas for what you could do if you chose resignation, and let me say from experience, you get over the edepression pretty quickly. It's been maybe four days and I've already mostly moved on.
But I also think there's a bigger question for you to ask yourself, one that I'm still struggling to answer. How can you be true to yourself, speak out against what you think is wrong, and work to correct incompetency without pissing off the people you work with? During my time as staff, I mostly took the cowards way out - I'd keep my mouth shut and stay on the good side of as many people as possible. This got me senior, and probably would have gotten me manager had I stayed another six months or so. But I think by doing that I went along with things that were clearly wrong that I shouldn't have. I wouldn't say that I ever did something morally wrong, but I certainly did things inefficiently or in ways that unnecessarily screwed over players simply because I didn't have the courage to challenge the system. On the opposite end, you have challenged the system so much that you've ruined your chance of getting a larger role within it. So how do we, in our future work, strike a balance between honesty and good relations with the people around us? Think on that a bit, and if you ever come up with a good answer, I'd love to hear it.

The staff team is somewhat disjointed. You have inactive ranks who never talk in discord or come on ts, some which do one or the other, and others which are so active that they build friend groups which get annoying and cliquey. The senior staff team is much the same, though I do like the camaraderie that develops over time with seniors helping each other. I will say this, though: the UHC senior team is noteable for being very cliquey, and as much as I like many of the people on it, I think it has a lot of issues. The admin team does 90% of its work behind closed doors, so god only knows what happens with them. I sure as hell hope the work well together.
I haven't really seen drama hurt the team that much personally, but I didn't pay much attention to it.
The manager system has entirely failed to hold anyone accountable, whether that's the staff under them or the managers themselves. I do believe McNerdx is taking steps to change that, though, and I hope he succeeds. If I could fix anything, it would be to make it so managers experience some measure of consequences for inactivity or bad behavior, and the staff under them be reviewed more closely (because some staff with inactive managers get away with insane inactivity).

Irl, I have pretty typical regrets. Should have worked harder earlier on in school, shouldn't have quit a sport, should have told a girl what she really meant to me before I moved. Nothing unusual.
On Badlion, I wish I had resigned back in September, right as I became inactive for the school year. I wouldn't have left the same "legacy" that I have now, but my life would be better I think.
I don't really have one favorite.
World peace will only be achievable when an existential threat to humanity exists, such as rapidly increasing climate change or a horrifically dangerous virus pandemic. Issue is, thousands, if not millions, will have to die to make it happen (at least in my cynical view).
Crooked democracy. One honest dictator is fine, but what happens when they die? At least democracy puts most of the power in the hands of the people, and the transfer of power is bloodless.
No I hate subtweeting, but I know someone who subtweets a lot. What a nerd.
I'd make people think rationally rather than emotionally. Fear and hate cloud everyone's decisionmaking all too regularly.
You're such an interesting person. I feel like even though I've talked with you for a long time, I don't understand you well at all. On the outside, you seem like a very kind person, if a bit naive. After talking with you, though, I've realized that you're incredibly intelligent, hilariously sarcastic, and more observant than anyone knows. So how do I reconcile that view of you with your cutesy emojis and kind messages? Either you're somehow putting on an act (for god knows what reason) or you're just a very unusual person in the habit of being as kind as possible.
I find it odd how much typing style online affects my perception of people, and you are a fantastic example of that. I used to underestimate you, and I don't think I ever will again. You're a good staff member with manager potential. I suggest you think deeply about what you really want from the staff team, and then set your mind on getting it. Good luck.
