If that confuses you, for example glass and leaves (and other semi-transparent blocks) would remain being able to be transparent, however other blocks like stone and wood which aren't transparent would be white when made into transparent blocks.

We will work on our own system when time permits us to.I don't trust trying to do things like patching transparent blocks until I can actually have a proper analysis of the client done by our team which we do not have time for at the moment.
We will be uploading enough of the popular texture packs for the start and people need to stop crying over spilled milk and instead focus on the big picture of what is being done here.
