I would say the countless hours spent on TS with other staff members, talking about random things and just modding.
Badlion has the best staff team, everyone is good at helping and working together. The Owners and the admin team really care.

Not really, all of the complaints I have seen is just players not understanding that when we don't ban someone off of their evidence, its not enough. The community needs to understand that we all do this as volunteers, and that mistakes can be made and some times we rather not ban take a chance on banning someone that is innocent.
