No proof no ban, I say. Sure, you say "We don't release logs to prevent people bypassing" but what if another reason to do so is to silence the outcry of falsely banned players and justify giving them 0 proof of them cheating?

So as HalfCreeper said "If we look at GCheat logs and aren't 100% sure that someone is cheating then we give them the benefit of the doubt. No matter who the player is. We rather have 10 cheaters roam freely than 1 innocent player falsely banned". We can understand that GCheat can ban falsely. GCheat is not perfect. You can't say any anticheat perfect. Valve is very big company but their VAC did something wrong in past too. They immediately unbanned people that got false banned.I don't want to write 1 page long essay but I want to say if you get false banned you will be unbanned. People should understand this.

I mean I guess eventually, but in most cases I've seen, the mods automatically assume the person cheated and ignore the appeal. I've seen some where people had to wait a month or multiple months for them to finally leave the appeal open so someone could actually look into it.

GCheat does false ban, at least it used to. I have never cheated on this account in my life, yet it has "GCheat Hacked Client" ban. I appealed it around 5 times innocent but I had little to no evidence so I got denied. I had no knowledge of ghost clients back then so I thought that simply taking a screenshot after I was banned would get me unbanned.
