Gonna quote myself from you previous thread

People complain if the matchmaker is set to only put you against people within a certain range of your rank because it takes too long to find a match. People complain if the matchmaker is set to after 20 seconds of you not finding a match within a certain range put you against the next person in queue.

and also add this is how it's supposed to work. If you don't get into a match with someone in your ranking range within a certain amount of time (I think it's 20 seconds) you get put in a match with the next person in queue.
