It's understandable that you're upset but you should really grow thicker skin because all he did was call you a noob which is an everyday thing in the gaming world. As for the hacker part; even though it seems impossible to reach 17 cps some people can do it and even if he did say he autoclicks nothing would happen. We can't ban just off what someone says, we need proper evidence to ban someone.
