This isn't how a forum should operate. Whenever I ignore people on XenForo based forums and I see "This content is blocked. Click to view" I always click it anyway because I can't fucking help it. There's no reason/point in blocking people on forums, if they are being overly abusive via the forums then you can simply report them, and hope your evidence suffices for a forum ban. If not, they'll hopefully at least be given a stern talking.
