This morning, I've been on for A half hour or so and the chat is so cluttered with "Fucking Debuffer" "Debuff Reliant" messages. I want to know why is it that people don't understand that debuffs are a part of the video game and that they are here for your benefit.Posted on 19 October 2014 - 11:37 AM
Honestly, I'm one of those people that don't like debuffs. This is my point of view on debuffs, you can agree or disagree.Debuffs don't show other players that you are good at pvp. If you splash poison on someone, then you have an advantage and could easily win the fight.

It's not like there's a thing called strategy and if someone can outsmart/outplay you with debuffs, they clearly are better.

IF they splash you back, it's even again.

I just wish nobody could use debuffs except me.Posted on 20 October 2014 - 02:56 PM
What I don't understand is why they moan about debuffs rather than just play a non debuff ladder. Like wheres the fucking logic.Posted on 20 October 2014 - 03:00 PM

Had this once. Everyone kept bitching about no str no debuffs and demanding a ladder for it. So the devs added it, and it was the least used ladder, and not by a small amount, I mean it was just not used…

Around 100 total people tried it outComparative to around 7000 people trying vanilla at the time

Yeh, but it's like me going to the shop, buying a banana & then throwing it at someone who also bought a banana because secretly I didn't want a banana, I wanted a KitKat.The next day we both have KitKats, he complains that I live next to the KitKat shop which is not true. If anything It's his fault for living so far away, even though he probably lives closer.
If you're trying to say he has no one to eat his KitKat with then It's the shops fault for having too many shelves.

That's impossible to know because we don't have the coefficient of friction

Well. If you want the mathematical answer, the answer is 16. X=45.12357412535486742135469876413513154867Repeating Z=144 and Y=1
If you want the real life answer, the answer is actually 12.

It's really eight, you forgot to factor in air resistance.

I am very against de buffs, they just ruin the fight, I usually ask the person I an facing for them not to use debuffs, and personally I never do, it is a ruin for the fight.Posted on 31 October 2014 - 06:02 PM
It adds another aspect of skill to the game (learning to aim and dodge debuffs, and being able to fight even when debuffed). The people who loudly complain about debuffs are actually the less skilled players trying to hide their lack of strategy behind a commonly used object in PvP, similarly to how men with very small penises make their cars unnecessarily loud in order to hide, or "compensate" for their lack of a somewhat normal sized reproductive organ. If you have a small penis, or aren't that good at the strategy involved in minecraft PvP, embrace it as part of yourself, don't try to hide from it or compensate it by being annoying.
