In terms of your current location (Asia) the Asian server was dropped because of lack of revenue and a big enough community, it makes sense because for the most part Chinese/Korean players are busy in the RTS/MOBA Market and the Japanese have that + anime/manga as their passtime. Despite this however there will be Premium locations in Singapore and Istanbul, so don't fear!
