It won't be in the future, but right now I only want 20-30 packs due to efficiency reasons (the TP system isn't great right now, it's just kinda there and will be improved). I want packs that most people can use, and not many people can use 128x and higher, so it's a wasted slot.

@Archybot You have a texture pack system to prevent x-ray packs, so is there no way to split the system so that you can use whatever pack you want in the new ArenaPvP, but have these pre-determined packs in UHC? You can't really x-ray in ArenaPVP. If not possible now, what about in the future?
