A) This is not even enough proof to say that he was stalking youB) Stalking is actually allowed, it's only not allowed if the person being stalked has the youtube/twitch/famous rank and is currently producing content, or when it becomes excessive and the stalker starts breaking your furnaces, crafting tables, tries to ipvp you etc.
C) Please record video evidence when you feel you are being excessively stalked
