Why my fps are so choppy i get like 300+ in arena pvp and in uhc 200+ and im still lagging someone could help me?

Same My FPS Is like 400+ its good but I dont feel its smooth

I solved it by Download the latest 1.7 optifine version and puting chunk loading smooth and open gl fast it helped uhc's be smooth
