Ok just to clarify what this rule is for the people who don't seem to understand… So here's what you can and can't do.You CAN'T post links/downloads to programs that are not on the allowed modifications thread.
You CAN use your custom RegEdit modifications (as long as they don't provide you with an unfair advantage)
You CAN use other modifications that may not be explicitly noted in the allowed modifications list, so long as they don't provide you with an unfair advantage, or a staff member says otherwise. Just make sure not to post links to these modifications if they aren't on the official allowed mods list.
