Why does nobody say GG?
I'm curious to why after 1-2 years of badlion break, I come back and nobody says anything after games, no gg or anything even when you pm it to them once they've won, which you'd expect them to say GG to?

Anybody have any theories to why this is?

is it that people are ghosting so they saying GG is pretty dishonest to themselves?

People like to be toxic. I say gf or gg.

Top Dogs (top clan of the server now) requires each of its members to say "GG" after each kill on our opponents.

Some people now get annoyed of people saying gg because they think it wasn't a fair game.

As the badlion community became larger and more competitive, the sportmanship was lost. People are more hostile / toxic towards each other rather than friendly which is what a small community encourages.
That's a great point, really unfortunate though. Doesn't make me enjoy the competitive side to the game anymore - because it just seems very toxic.

1. Toxicity
2. You have a very small amount of time to type "gg" after every match with the new matchup system, both players get teleported to lobbies (usually different, correct me if I'm wrong) after around 1-2 seconds

ohh, that might explain it if people are in different lobbies. Still odd when they get messaged though.. either way I just have to deal with it!

idk why people don't like it, but it's understandable because now most ppl use GG for provoking people

We, as the most well-known clan, like to set an example for others to follow. If we can get more people to follow in our footsteps, the general toxicity will go down by over 300% by 2018.

Yeah, I've been trying to do the same. Even when I lose badly, I still say GG, afterwards people are far friendlier towards to in future matches. Definitely helps the atmosphere in the community.

GG is now just used to piss the other person off.

maybe, but if you use it when you lose, we can change the perception back to what it should be :) - good competitive play

Yeah, I would like that, too, I remember the days after almost every fight we would say GG :D
