Scientific proof points to the big bang as the source of life on earth.

Do science and religion really have to contradict each other?

Have you ever thought why we are here? We are just born to die. There's really no point of doing anything. Within 2-5 generations most of the things we do are going to be forgotten. So there's really no point of doing anything. College? You're just gonna die one way or another. No matter how rich you get you're gonna die. Meh, it's just me.
If we try, anyone can be remembered. Plus the point of life isn't just to live and be remembered. We live to be happy. It's what everything we do leads to, and what makes life worth living.

Humans have a natural tendency to strive for perfection, yet never reach it, no matter how hard they try. You can model a human getting better at an activity using an inverse graph.

If the x axis is perfection, the graph will never reach perfection. It gets closer and closer, but never reaches it

The Garden of Eden has been locked away from humans so how are you so sure that it's in Iraq?

The site, as described in the Old Testament, matches a patch of land in southern Mesopotamia between the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers.
But no, homo sapiens came out of Africa and moved to their respective areas where they found themselves acclimatising to their respective regions (pigmentation etc.).

You never close or open your eyes, You only close and open your eyelids.

Race is not a thing, Its what we identify as because there is no gene to code race.

Scientists have discovered only around 40% of the species in the world.

Humans can only access about 20% of their brain, The rest is unused.

damn straight

We take up literally a negligible amount of mass in the universe. The earth also takes up negligible mass in the universe. Literally everything, even the largest stars have negligible mass. If the world was our oyster, we might as well be in the sea. The disappearance would have literally no relevance in terms of the schemes of things.

However, don't let this discourage you. The center of your life is only what you choose for it to be. If you desire for it to be the largest star in the universe, and you then feel insignificant, then I ask to you; why? The only person who can let you feel small is you. For after all, you are the only person in your head. Chin up.
edgy

I agree with this statement, Some may disagree because no other life has been found in the universe. We may not be the center of the universe but we are certainly the livest as we know so far.

Why does existence exist? If you really stop to think about this it can be really mind boggling.

God.

Easy one :)

Although I disagree with this as I'm an atheist, I'll dig a little deeper; why does God exist?

This isn't to say that the belief of God is a dumb one or anything, but nevertheless a valid question.

God is an invention by Humans. See, in the past when our knowledge was limited, we didn't have an explanation most things which happened. Not having an answer as to why people got ill or why any extreme weather event killed your whole tribe is pretty scary not having a proper explanation to. It's built into our genes to ask questions and come up with an answer(logical or not). In prehistoric times when science explained nothing, humans obviously used their imagination to find an explanation for anything we didn't quite understand. Now science has developed and we no longer believe God causes illness, since we have a scientific explanation behind this. However us humans still know so little, especially about the universe. We have no explanation as to how the Big Bang even came about in the first place. It's pretty scary not having an explanation for something so big. I've got an easily solution to calm my nerves, let's just pretend that "God" created it

The human race still has a lot of maturing to do. When there are always unexplained questions, God will still exist to humans sadly. Hopefully most of the big questions will be answered effectively eradicating religion.

TL:DR religion closes the gaps of human knowledge. Any concept we don't fully understand, God did
