1. Only blockhit when your crosshair is on the person
2. Cap your fps so that it is consistent

I don't play build (I play pot ) but from what I can see you need to conserve your gapples a lot more, so that if you happen to get into a longer game you're not stuck without healing.
Your CPS is good, so there's no problem there.
Your bow aim is good, so there's no problem there either.
From what I can see your general aim is quite good but you also need to be careful about how you use water and lava. It's the same thing as conserving gapples, really. You don't want to be in a situation where you have no water and you get lava dumped on you.
One last thing - Don't constantly blockhit, because the amount of hits you land will be lowered and you seem quite good with a rod, so blockhit a little less.

If you looked at the fps counter in the video you would see why I suggested it.

You might wanna switch to build then if you've only won 1 out of your past 11 nodebuff matches

What is better, have a consistent input lag, or having input lag that constantly fluctuates? Having 100 fps for 1 second then having it drop to 75 is far worse than having it always be 75.

judging by how to the video was recorded in 1080p60fps he probably gets 120-180fps when hes not recording.

id rather have random input lag then constant input lag and screen tearing

You seem to bow the opponent back a lot which really isn't the way to go if you want to generally improve at melee, all I would say is start rodding a little bit earlier
