Hello, I am particularly concerned with the higher rank players so they will not be able to win when I actually silver one so I can not get along and the gold one so big rank the players and apologize for my poor England

I assume that you mean you don't like the way the matchmaking pairs you up with people of a higher ELO?
Off of this assumption, there's not much Badlion can really do. The servers try their hardest to pair you with people of your own rank but sometimes it's just impossible. It's annoying, I know, but there's not much they can do about it.
