No one is forcing you to play Premium or pay anything at all. It is your own choice and nothing else. I don't see why complain over something that doesn't need to affect you at all if you don't want it to.

Badlion can't run off ad revenue like some public forums and general websites do. Badlion, like other servers, needs people to donate money to keep the server running as well as satisfy the financial needs of the Owners and developers who dedicated up to 80 hours/week to the server. Now, since the EULA update, the game actually is not pay to play and is not allowed to be. You can still play ranked matches, unranked matches, and UHC. To force people into sustaining the server, they limit your access to play these, that way they make money off people who are actually looking to play these without play time limits. So, if you want to play Badlion for 10 hours a day, how is it fair that they're allocating resources for you to use, playing on their network, using their bandwidth, yet you haven't donated to the server? That wouldn't get badlion any money, and then everyone could reap the benefits of a poorly developed server with barely any updates and a tiny player base because they're not able to employ other people or sustain themselves.

I'm sure Badlion is a for profit business. So that means they need to make a profit to continue there work. I'm sure a few things will change in Badlion open to make it more f2p friendly once Premium comes out. So shut your trap, and stop complaining; things will get better. Kappa

Actually I'm gonna lock this because you're just asking for flame and this thread has run its course, but I'll explain things to you one more time before I do.

1. Badlion needs money (and a lot of it) to give its players the best experience of Competitive Minecraft that can be given. Every business, from a lemonade stand to the NFL needs money to be able to get the materials they require to provide an increasing level of quality and quanity to their consumers. You don't just maintain a football stadium, you don't just get free sugar. This stuff (along with money) does not grow on trees. So yeah, Badlion needs money.

2. Badlion's situation is and will always be pretty shitty because Competitive Minecraft is viewed by most outsiders as completely ridiculous and not a true eSport. Whether this is valid or not isn't important, the fact that most older people will likely never consider it as a possible discussion and not fact means Turtle Entertainment Online (And Badlion) need to do the best they can without these outside priviliges to gain money, because you probably won't ever see a similar level of sponsorship, investment or overall public interest that you're currently witnessing in CS:GO or LoL. Badlion's situation means it has to work hard for its money.

3. Badlion is not p2w or p2p. I won't go into p2w because the kits are fully available to everyone and there's no way you can tell me otherwise. As for p2p there are plenty of features in Badlion that are not limited at all (FFA and Minigames for instance) and the few limited ones are like so because a line has to be drawn somewhere to gain profit. Sure limited unranked sucks, but you still have everything else on the network to look forward to, but of course you ignore this anyway which will lead me into my next point…

4. If you want stuff in life, you will have to pay for it. You have to pay for your house, your car, your dog, your wife you have to pay for EVERYTHING. Because if you won't pay then you don't deserve anything because there's always a way to make money (legal or illegal) and if you can't really find a way then that's on you. With that said though there is a difference to be noted here between "can't" and "won't" that I'd like to clear up: Some people can't make money whether they're being conned out of it, forced to use it all on something else or simply aren't physically or mentally capable. Those people have a legitimate excuse. No, it's kids like YOU who I'm talking about. The idiot tween on their laptop who at three in the morning is sweating a block game and proceeding to break their desk because they couldn't pay $5 to use one small portion of a network, the same tween then ranting on the forums that everything is p2p because they think they should have everything and people should have nothing even though they in reality havent WORKED FOR ANYTHING which is shown in their inability to get $5 (And please, use the "parents won't let me" excuse, because if we're being real the majority of people who complain could probably get their parents to let them do what they want if they put and showed enough effort, they just don't do it. But where was I? Oh yeah, the same idiot tween who refuses to think that for one moment they could take it out of their day to earn $5 except that's how life works but go and flame the company anyway because you have they idea what life really is. So overall with that type of logic I find it hard to persuade you that in reality it's your opinion that is completely wrong and inaccurate not to mention,

You didn't mention servers, did you? I'd love to hear about a server that manages to provide those dream ranks while also being able to grow, because the one network I saw that had exactly that died because lack of funds. :thinking:
