This is the Badlionitis, its a common disease many people get when they loose a match.It causes a random combustion of emotions to come out, allowing them to say words only third dimensional beings can understand.
Such as words "kys" or "I wish u looked like a degenerate taco" etc.
This can be alternatively called Badlionasus syndrome too depending on the situation.
