Off Topic is cluttered with non-stop, repetitive AMAs.In fact, I just checked, and of the twenty most recent posts, there were TEN AMA topics.
If most people are okay with Off Topic being a place to ask different people the same questions days on end, then so be it.
However, I am sure there are some people who are rather sick of having to scavenge through the clutter of "AMA PVP BOY ASK ME ANYTHING" and "AMA Duckking62" trying to find an original, interesting post.
Thanks for considering.

I think has been suggested more times than the amount of AMAs created. My belief is that the whole point of the off-topic section to sites is to have a collection of uncategorised threads, which have no relevance to the main forum. It's (or was) like forum games in the same section. I'm not sure why there is a need for OT to be organised.
Also, looking further back, most OT pages have 3/20 of threads constituting as 'AMA'. It really doesn't look that cluttered or hard to find information to me.

Off-topic in general needs to be condensed into just "Off-topic", there's absolutely no reason for it to be separated. I think that if the forum subsection was redesigned to be more of that in general the AMA clutter would be better managed. There's a lot of room for improvement with the forums though, and even though it's super low priority I think work would be good for things like this.Posted on 20 February 2017 - 08:59 AM

Should probably take a break from the forums if you care this much about the "clutter"Not like people start new threads in Off-topic so much that it's hard to tell what's new and what's old.

I like the idea but then Off Topic would be really disused and there would be no point in having it
