Where can you get ToggleSprint/Sneak for 1.7.10?

I have found this togglesneak which i think is called hcf togglesneak and its the latest i could find for 1.7.10: https://www.reddit.com/r/hcfactions/comments/2os1t1/voila_togglesneak_v305_for_forge_1710/?st=izbi1lyf&sh=b9e0e221However, I am not sure if this is allowed even though the badlion forums say it is (https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/61568) because the mod allows you to sneak while in your inventory or menu. the 1.8 version that can be found on the labymod page however does not have this problem, but i cannot find a 1.7 one by the same guy that works. If this is not allowed, where can i find an allowed version for 1.7.10
