1.7 is prefered in the pvp community, for many reasons other than the crosshair glitches.
if you dont try to make an option for everything that alternates between 1.7 and 1.8 then a lot of people are just not gonna wanna play on the client, especially considering it'll be on the same open server that already exists. i might as well just play the same server on a client that i feel more comfortable with, and that i dont feel gross on.

Why not make it so you can only play ranked with the AC on?

I agree but the MC players that only join to pvp and actually have an aim in this block game (become the best pvper) Prefer 1.7 feel
Why not make a client that is 95% 1.7 with a smooth TPS

Okay so will this have a separate leaderboards or will we have to use the current one? Also, if you have the option to use BAC, does this mean some servers won't have GCheat so it removes the lag due to it not being necessary?
And when will all of this become available to Premium users?

maybe have like 1 pot ladder, 1 rod ladder and 1 bow ladder on all at the same time so that it pleases everybody?
