Jr. Project Manager

Turtle Entertainment Online, Inc. has an immediate need for a Jr. Project Manager to join its Project Management team. As a Jr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project and development teams to set goals and achieve a high level of efficiency and quality in delivering projects.

The responsibilities of the Jr. Project Manager includes the following:

  • Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project
  • Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project
  • Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects
  • Manage projects in JIRA, Github and provide training to team members and management as needed
  • Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership, including burndown, etc


    • Qualifications required for the Jr. Project Manager role include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Co-ordinator, PCO, or Scrum Master role being apart of medium and large projects, with a focus in Agile software development
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Experience reporting and providing metrics to leadership to drive accountability and improvement
  • Competence in multiple project management techniques, including Agile, Kanban, etc
  • Expertise with multiple tools, such as Atlassian Suite (JIRA, COnfluence), Github, the Microsoft and Google document suite, etc
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, etc are a plus

    • The position would be a full time job either remote or with the option to work out of our Burbank, CA office.
