Could staff members get the YouTube/famous ranks

If a staff member had the requirements for a famous/YouTube rank could he/she have both staff and the famous rank?Example: Hivlik. Is a staff member and has 9k subs and has the other requirements for a YouTube rank

Staff members already have access to disguise feature and if they serve 3 months in the staff team, you get access to premium if you don't have currently. Probably not.
