muted for hacksuation?

Dear staff,today i was playing some badlion pvp arena but in 1 match there was a hacker he was 7 blocks away and he was hitting me i told him HAX and 2 minuites later i was muted.But ok i know the rules and hacksuation is bannable but a lot of people that i kill in the arena the msg me and swearing with words like hax noob and other things like this but they aren't mutedAlex

1. If they private message you it then staff can't see it unless you report it2. Just because they don't get muted for it doesn't make it okay to break the rules
3. Not sure what the purpose of this thread is but if it's to appeal your mute you post here https://www.badlion.net/appeals or if you think the staff member abused there powers (even though you admit to breaking the rules) you post here https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/8
