(not counting managers in this answer) atm, probably @RealSportsFan. He has been extremely dedicated for a very long time now and is really good at what he does. I can trust his opinion on anything and I feel most comfortable going to him with staff or mod related questions/opinions. If there's a manager spot open in UHC, he is definitely next in line for it.

I kind of a hard time staying motivated with school and personal issues dragging me down. But what motivates me the most is friends and players pushing me to continue. (and not in a negative way!) Call me a narcissist but I love being appreciated and complimented for the work I put in. Just a single "you're the best host" or "ty for hosting" brightens my day and keeps me motivated to host more.
