If someone was to get their ip ban appeal accepted and then make another appeal asking something about the ip ban and for some reason a staff member doesnt even read the post and just denies it, does that mean that they wouldn't get unbanned?

When you're IP Banned you have to appeal both the IP Ban, and the ban(s) for cheating that triggered the IP Ban. If the IP Ban appeal is accepted, then you have an unipban date but the account(s) itself won't be unbanned until you appeal the ban for cheating is also lifted. If you decide not / cannot / the appeal for cheating was denied, the account itself will not be unbanned until it is accepted.

With this being said, once the IP Ban is lifted you're allowed to get on a 3rd account and play, but if you get banned again you'll have to go through the process again. HOWEVER, we ask that you appeal the individual bans if you can.
